Physical Donations

    The Thrift Shop accepts donations during the hours of 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday. Donations may be picked up if necessary during the Monday thru Friday hours but no pick up service is available on weekends. For help regarding a thrift shop donation call 972-875-0218 ext.4 and ask for Tisha Brown.

Furniture

    Due to limited limited space for storage, furniture donations cannot be accepted. State law prohibits recycling mattresses. You may check the Yellow Pages for other charitable organizations who accept furniture.

Tax Deductions

Donations of $250.00 or more (Cash or property) are itemized and attached to the receipt.

No goods or services can be provided in exchange for contributions.

Contributions are deductible for income tax purposes to the extent allowed by law.

Helping Hands of Ennis does not fix a value on donated property.

That is the privilege and responsibility of the donor.
